We had a swamp cooler and needed to get an AC system that would work for our house and be energy efficient. We shopped pricing and service from several HVAC contractors. Natalie from Monarch came a did an in depth review of our house and provided pricing and pros and cons for several different systems. She took the time to answer all of our questions and provide a detailed estimate. Once we choose a system, Jon managed the installation and kept us informed of the progress and made sure we were happy with the installation. The project was done on budget and two weeks ahead of the schedule Monarch gave us. It was a pleasure working with Monarch and I would highly recommend them!
