Monarch over the past 2 years we have been with have always responded readily to our service needs. From the individual Sherry that answers the phone and schedules the calls to the technicians has always been a positive experience. We just had a significant issue with one of our AC units. The technician, Nathan Libby, was one of if not the most professional conscientious techs we have encountered. He kept us constantly updated, was so thorough, and had a great personality to go with it all. Extremely satisfied with the job he performed!!! , thank you

Summer 2024, Monarch installed a mini-split system for me in a 1980 built earth house. The logistics were complicated and the install took 4 days, but they figured it out and retrofitted the unit, wall mount equipment and lines beautifully. As that little earth house couldn't keep up with warming temps, I kept getting told A/C was not possible. Monarch made it reality. Thank you!
