These guys are top notch! They came out and fixed our heat in one day! I got a call from the manager right after to check on us! Great service! I don’t know who the owner of this place is, but he runs a swell company and employees nothing but very knowledgeable respectable people!

Kipp and Gavin were prompt, professional and thorough as they serviced our HVAC system. Kipp patiently explained the procedures and reset the thermostat, even stayed to be sure there weren’t any issues. Working like a charm!

Monarch over the past 2 years we have been with have always responded readily to our service needs. From the individual Sherry that answers the phone and schedules the calls to the technicians has always been a positive experience. We just had a significant issue with one of our AC units. The technician, Nathan Libby, was one of if not the most professional conscientious techs we have encountered. We had a swamp cooler and needed to get an AC system that would work for our house and be energy efficient. We shopped pricing and service from several HVAC contractors. Natalie from Monarch came a did an in depth review of our house and provided pricing and pros and cons for several different systems. She took the time to answer all of our questions and provide a detailed estimate. Once we choose a system, Jon managed the installation and kept us informed of the progress and made sure we were happy with the installation. The project was done on budget and two weeks ahead of the schedule Monarch gave us. It was a pleasure working with Monarch and I would highly recommend them!

Everyone at Monarch was amazing! Scheduling was effortless, Trian came on time. He was so knowledgeable and kind in sharing with me what was going on with our heater. We have now have heat (which is important in the canyon in the winter)!

Nate was very informative about the system... he explained what maintenance i should do to keep my AC running better... called me back to make sure everything was ok and reminded me about replacing the filter....

I have used Monarch for close to 10 years for all of my HVAC needs. I have come to know their staff and they are exceptional people with integrity, honesty and great work ethic. When they are done with a job, you can count on it being correct and them standing behind their work if something ends up not working the way it should. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
